Dude, if your parents are cool with you filming like you say, they can go in there and say "fuck you guys, that's not my son's camera. That's MY camera and I DEMAND to have it back!".
They wont say no. They may say "maybe you should watch the tape...", but they will give back the camera.

Better to get in trouble with your parents than with the school.
I can get away with anything at home, but nothing at school. Maybe that isn't the case for you?

not shure really, it's wierd with my parents, some things piss them off I wouldn't expect like when I do prank phone calls
and other things there totally cool with
