rob you have about as good of a chance quiting as I do...our lives are filled with to much fuckin stress to bail out on the only consistant source of relaxation we have...nicotine. trust me, carmen doesnt smoke that much (she won't have fuckin lung cancer in 5 years). for as long as ive known you you've had that can of grizz right there, it just won't be the same rob...anyway enough with the sentamental bullshit...do what you want man, but im not ready to hang the habit just yet.

I've quit cold turkey twice before. one time I was off cigs for about 2+ years then the other time I lasted about 4 months. this time im quiting for good.
something that might help you is to look at old people that smoke. they ussually look like shit compared to older non smokers.

I have been researching and its a proven fact that dipping is harder to quit then cocaine and 4 times harder then cigs so now im just going to move on to cocaine for a while...bahahaha....nah...im slowly going to quit....ween myself off of them....hope I succeed (that sounded british as fuck)
