yes, we're still a democratic nation. just because the guy u don't like wins an election does not make us undemocratic. martial law won't happen, just stronger military and police presence for security, never ruled by them

What if the guy stages the first election, on the seecond election he goes against a guy who was in the same organization that he's in...they pass an act that id un-constitutional. They took part in a major terrorist attack in order for that act to pass, then brought alot of police that are pretty much like a military...and the military is made to fight an enemy...

yes, it is a conspiracy theory, because it's extremely unlikely and undocumented, save for a couple of conspiracy theory websites and the like

Yeah, I don't like to talk about politics because I always end up getting pissed off and yelling at people, pissing them off. With that being said, I will say this-
Anyone who supports the Bush Administration in any of it's decisions is a fool. The only thing Bush EVER took responsibility for is shoulder blame for the shitty response to Katrina. And you can not look at that as a great thing. The man fucked up, many people died because of his fuck up; it was his responsibility to take the blame and anyone would do it in his position. He was not in any way being valorous or a great man. He was just doing what he had to do to squeek by without the people realizing his incompetence. Just like his lack of action during the pre-9/11 warnings he was given by the CIA. Only he never took responsibility for that.

bush was in office 8 months before 9/11.

clinton was in 8 YEARS prior to 9/11.

tell me, if there WERE these alleged warning signs, why didn't mr clinton pick up on them?

August 11th 2001- Bush was handed a folder with information that mentioned Osama and the actual possibility that they could attack using airplanes. Now, granted it didn't say when or where. But come on, they had the guy and they had the method, maybe he could have gone gun-crazy and enact all of these crazy airline regulations before the 3,000 people had to die. Instead, he stayed on his ranch in Crawford Texas for 2 more weeks to relax on vacation. Just like he did 2 days after Katrina hit when he decided to do a fly-over of the land from a thousand feet up in AirForce One, while thousands of people lay drowning in the streets below. He went back to D.C. and then finally after another 2 days, went back down there and made a heart-warming speech about how devastating this is and how we need to help. They needed the help when it happened, not 4 days later.

And come on, Clinton led the nation to be the most profitable it has ever been. The GNP (Gross National Profit) was in the billions and Bush steps in and it goes to shit. He pays 60 billion dollars in an un-just war in Iraq while giving tax cuts to the highest upper-class and then when we have no funds for hurricane relief, he wonders what's going to happen?

dude, had bush went and imposed extra security before 9/11, u would have had people like the guy who started this forum crying martial law. Again, bush had ONE MONTH to do ANYthing specific, and the country would have been up in arms if he had the Nat Guard patrolling the streets

I understand what you're saying and somewhat agree, but I didn't really mean people patrolling the streets, if I said it that way, I didn't mean it. I mean the airline regulations or maybe, just maybe, he could have hunted for Osama (whom for some reason is still at large) and put the heat on him to hopefully disrupt the plans that they had. I mean, it's a far cry and we have 20/20 hindsight. But the least he could do was be honest about it and admit he was wrong for just ignoring it and going back to vacation. Which he has had more of in 5 years than any other president has ever had even in 8 full years.

there are two theorys I have about osama

one is one I heard that adam carolla said that he died of being old or somthing and his people cremated him and didn't announce his death so american dosn't have the satisfaction of knowing if he is dead or alive

the second is america has found him, shot him and killed him withought reading him his rights or some shit like that, long story short we killed and just dont' want anyone to know

those are mind, osama bin ladin is a retard thought, not in that patriotic sense, but in real life he isn't a bright person he is really simple, and this is from his family and friends and shit he is no napolean

I think he is alive and living it up, right where the Administration can find him. They just don't want to find him because the Bush's and the BinLaden's are best friends :-) But I am just a conspiracy theorist I guess.

Surely, if that happend they just say he was shooting back and they shot at him and killed him, and plus...do u even have to read him his rights in another country as a pow? or would he not be a pow?

And I can see that one about him being dead already and the taliban not saying anything true.

I can buy the theory that he croaked and al qaeda is covering it up. I think that if we had killed him we would have gone public, and made something up about a firefight.

America is the most hated nation in the world because we do the dirty work that the UN refuses to do. We're doing their job and no one else seems to like it. Oh yeah, and one of the basic theories of NATO is that if one member gets attacked, it's as if all members got attacked. Tell me, why was it only Britain who was a major player in the war against Afghanistan, which was in retaliation to an act of war on our country.
