Wondering if any of you have done any case mods? As in turned your shit case into something amazing? I plan on stripping down a DVD player, as I realised it's virtually perfect to use for a case.
Yes, I'm sad.

I got a custom case. Two side windows with fans, then inside there's two tri colour cathodes and a blue sound reactive cathode

Gman, I've never even heard of anyone thinking of doing that, that's sweet. And it seems very possible.

Well, modding communities have been around for ages anyway, so it's nothing new. It's just something to cure nightime boredom on weekdays when I rebel against myself and don't fucking sleep.
Anyway, I'm gonna give it a try.

ah geez, I wish I knew what nighttime sleep was anymore. :-( lol.
and no one I know is ssmart enough to mod something into a case. because I live in the shitiest town in the world.

23 September 2005, 14:43 UTC#14
Haha that briefcase mod sounds awesome. I use to not have a case, just the hardware all plugged together in a draw.
23 September 2005, 14:43 UTC#15
I have to say I have you beat Rob, I posses a stock gateway case with several band stickers, and it is absent from the body of the computer. OHHHHHH YEAHHHHH!

23 September 2005, 19:29 UTC#18

23 September 2005, 19:30 UTC#19
if he gets the right motherboard with all the stuff onboard then it would work, but im not sure if you can get a good onboard graphics card. Otherwise he could have them sticking upward, haha , lol
