No, it wasn't too gross. It wasnt as good as I thought It'd be! When I heard the idea of SAW it sounded awesome, like Se7en, but it came way below that one in my opinion. It kept my attention, but I was disappointed in some of the acting, etc. Im sure Ill see 2, though, eventually.

it looks like hollywood garbage.
the large number of people is inevitably going to cause 1.)shitty dialogue, 2.) unrealistic situations, 3.) crappy acting.
those are just my predictions. That clip just told me the movies gunna be gay.
Plus, sequel's pretty much always suck.

saw and saw II are just like less-creative versions of Cube and Cube II...at least in terms of the premise. Only Cube is alot more entertaining without the gay resolution.

yes, start with cube zero, it's the prequel, and you'll understand everything better. but I thought cube 2 was shitty.

That was badass. I love how it's always the headstrong asshole that gets the 8 ounces of lead 4 inches into their head. It's so satisfying to see. That movie looks really good, it's a little bit different from the usual murder-horror flick. Saw did have some disappointing aspects, but overall, it was a very solid movie and the second I hope, won't disappoint.
By the way, Se7en is one of the best movies I've seen.

SAW is a great film, if you get over that it was low budget, and independant, you'll probably like it more.

nope. Some of my favorite movies are sequels. Terminator 2, Aliens 2 & 3, and Evil Dead 2 were all killer. And then there are sequels like Predator 2 that dont pass up the original, but are still totally enjoyable. I think youve confused sequels with remakes. Well...actually...nowadays sequels suck because the originals sucked as well. So yeah...there are alot of recent shitty sequels out there I guess.

the twist at the end was classic it's one of the best movie's realesed this year.
