If it's not real life then it's good, they've even bothered to interlace the shot. To be honest it could be either, technology is great.

Looks real, but the quality is just shit, pixellated and blurry.

seeing as you've saved it as GTA_cf im guessing its from a game, I dont know what one but I expect the actual graphics wont be as good they never are as good as expected lol

his cam got the same colors and shit...just look on some skinoff videos and you would see...

For one, No game can have that quality in game, now they can have cg and pre renderd graphics that come really close to that, but in game now way.
And second......Not saying that I know about every game but if it had that great of graphics in game then I'm pretty sure I would have heard of it.

it could be from a cut scene of some game. those can be mistaken as real life at a glance.

Looking at it again, the lighting looks kinda harsh on the cars compared to the surroundings. I doubt it's in a game, but it may be a manipped image.
