CS Filters Help

I got photoshop CS recently but there's only like 6 filter folders whereas when I had photoshop 7 I had like 20 - 30...
anyway what I'm really after is the deinterlace filter as I need to fix up some screencaps...
so does anyone know where I can get it from...I've done a bit of searching on google but no luck finding that on some filter sites...

oh yeah and if anyone has any other cool filters they wanna throw in...feel free to do so

I reinstalled cs and all the filters were there
