Ok so today my dad comes home from work with this old sony Hi-8 camera, it has a light but looks really old, There are hardly any buttens on it. On the back it has a LCD panel that is labeld "LCD Panel" 
and then under that it has a mode button and a flash button, and under those it has an On and Off switch.On the left side it says viewfinder and it has a small lenses in the center and this thing filps out to the side like on the newer cameras but there is no screen just another lense type thing. Ok now for the front, There is a light and a lenses (duh) that says focus free and on the bottom of the lenses it says F=36mm 1:9.0. I think the light isnt a light at all but a flash camera thingy. Then on the right side there is a handle strap thingy. Thats about it also it says V 2005 on it in 2 places, CAN ANYONE HELP ME INDENTIFY THIS CAM? I can't find any info on it at all and I need a battery for it to see if it works but I don't know what kind of battery to get since I can't find any info on it.
