We DID film it, incase anything interesting happened, and to look back on and go through. I would post a bit of the video if you guys want, because it is very long so I would just take a section out of it to limit file size.

I have watchesd a whole program on that. Apparently, it isn't ghosts at all. They researched it, and sometimes people can have a sleeping disorder or something which makes them occasionally be sble to dream while only being half-asleep, if you like. So the person's body would still think you are asleep and so you would be seeing a dream, whilst then again thinking you are awake. It weird, but this is told to explain it.

It's a feeling of being wide awake but you can't move or make a sound and an old woman known as "the old hag" is sitting on your chest. It's considered a sleeping disorder, but other people think it is an entity, other time's it is a male type figure sometimes reptillian who rapes you in your sleep (in the butt) and you can't move or do shit about it. Scientists or whatever pass it off as dreams, but theres millions of cases of it

A little story-

My mum when she was younger was sleeping in the back room of my nans house. She thought she heard something knocking on the window. So naturally she went up and looked. There was nothing there, so she went back to sleep. Later on that night she woke up, but she couldn't move her legs or arms, and when she tried to scream nothing came out. Weird.

EDIT: also she says it felt like someone was sitting on her chest, but she says that no-one was there.
