we dont have legal problems, and I was wondering if there was nething u could tell us to prevent us from ahving legal troubles

Moody doesnt have a clue about licenses or entertainment law. So maybe he could contribute in other ways but I doubt it.

I understand entertainment law. Ussually I just deal with the opinions of entertainment lawyers. I never needed to use them before but I have some of the best. I like hearing people's opinions though because entertainment law can get blurry. I never used license forms before this DVD, I would always use straight forward footage submissions.

Yeah fair enough. Just found it strange that you've been producing for 4 years and didnt have a clue about license terms. Even so the difference between a licensor and licensee. Its a bit worrying when you're the one making these term agreements for a major project and dont even have the legal side right before jumping in head first.
