Update for the Homegrown DVD

I've received some packages the last few days from groups such as Trailer Park Mafia, Asstreme and Muppets. I'm going to be dropping off the rest of the footage at my editor's place later this week so he can import everything else and get started with the editing.

I'm still collecting music from bands and trying to get as much as possible but finding the right sounding music hasn't been easy. I've received some music from performers/bands but I just don't see this music being used in the DVD. This week I'm getting some hip hop instrumentals and also some rap music so that will add some flavor to the DVD. If you're friends with any bands, rappers or musicians, you can tell them about the production and they can contact me at [email address redacted] if they would want their music involved.

For the groups that are still in the process of organizing their footage so that they can send it to me, I strongly suggest having the footage sent to me definitely within the next 3 weeks. By that time all the footage will be imported into the computer and mostly edited so we can just continue at that time with your footage. It won't slow down the production at all. If you can update me in the thread or by email and let me know when you're sending the footage that would be appreciated.

The HollymoodEntertainment.com website will have a new design in the coming 1-2 weeks and it looks pretty damn good in my opinion. There will be a picture in the section of a HG group involved in the DVD and there will be a paragraph write up about the production but not much more information other than that.

Hmmm, is it ok to just send a few clips, like about 10minutes in total, and if there good, could you guarantee them on the DVD...I think there good, will they be on like in a part of the DVD, with a mixup of different stunts? that would be cool.

Yeah that is fine. Each group is getting their own section varying 5-20 minutes in length so your footage would probably be edited into a 5 minute spot on the DVD. Email me at [email address redacted] so I can send you out the release form and my mailing address.
