the biggest one for me was like....

ok, when I was in highschool, my GIRLFRIEND was my LIFE!!! blah blah. you think being with someone 2 years is FOREVER!!! blah blah. But once you hit a certain point. (usually after that first bong rip) you realize that high school, and that whole part of your life is just a tiny little bit of the actually span you'll be alive and able to do things.

So some chick cheated? so you "wasted" a few months developing social relations with her? you have like 3000x more time to do it again, and over and over. and mix and match, and find things you like, and you dislike. I don't see how I was so clouded in high school, thinking that my GF was like FOREVARZZZZ!!! n all that shit.

Real life is so much more different than what high school life leads you to beleive. It's unimaginable almost, which is why its basically so hard to explain.

the main thing is, you've got SOOO much goddamn time left. But its also not enough time to waste on a goddamn girl who clearly doesn't give 2 shits for you anyways. (no matter what she says. She's just trying to spare your feelings, and releive her guilt. its very selfish.)
