hey can sombody tell me how to tint somthing a certin colour on photo shop? I can't find a tutorial on it anywhere.

there should be a hue or something adjust in one of the menus when you select the layer, I ll go check

okay,
select the layer you want to tint, or selection
and click
image > adjustments > hue saturation and mess around to get a color you want tinted

another way is layer->layerstyle->Color Overlay. then screw around with the blend mode and opacity to find the right tint you want
