Turn on TV...to check out the traffic report.
8:00 coffee
8:15 shower
8:30 glass of milk and a light breakfast.
8:45 drive to work
9:00ish arrive at the office.
9:30 Check e-mails,faxes and voicemails.
10:00 more coffee.
10:30 Surf the web, check out the forums (here,cky, and some others).
11:00 work work work.
12:00 more coffee.
2:00 Grab some lunch or order in.
3:00 some more work.
4:00 chill.
5:00 off work.
6:00 still at work either waiting on a client or drinking.
8:00-10:00 skate (if I'm not drunk already)
11:00ish get home.
11:30/1:30 TV (Tonight show, latenight and whatnot)
2:00 zzzzz

Apply, rinse and repeat.
