I cant play any window player ones on firefox... ill try IE
EDIT: cant play no videos @ all... not in IE or Firefox

Yeah, Chris and I have been working on features and ideas for this system, for wkh and other people who can't play videos, we will probably have a system to play it in the actual media player. The reason for embedding was to show ads as well, so like windows media would use an asx file with an ad and the file together.
We plan to add the rating and comment system for videos and a possible login system so users can get recognition and such.
If you have any ideas or something thats really annoying in the site etc, just write it here or in the comment section on the actual site. We will be adding many features which you may appove of or dissaprove of and that will shape the site. Some of the old site stuff will come back, if you like the feature, and some will be gone forever.

Also wkh it may be that you have javascript turned off, as the player uses custom gui stuff and the play and stop buttons use calls to the player function through javascript.

It's alright, but stuff could still be done to it. The white writing on grey doesn't stand out that much, the top banner looks pretty mediocre, and the nav bar could do with some more sprucing up.. Still, I trust chris will fix everything, he is a machine.

Just added some features to the site in the last hour, they include:
next to the media player icon, it is either a camera or a audio icon depending on the type of media.
more vidoes fit on front page, took off subtitle, and added random media, and top media on right side,
now accepts .wav .mp3 .mp4 audio files, ask to allow more, very easy to add,
upload page refined to make people enter the details regarding file, index with all media files, is under construction to sort by any attribute and paginate results,
layout changed a little bit
comment on a video
view comments
send to a friend
direct download
all work now
and the custom player was replaced with a more versatile and firefox friendly player , quicktime page hasnt been changed, still figuring out if its my computer making the error or the embed code, and the real player is a better version embedded
shoutbox for chat should be up pretty soon, and latest page removed since its the front page kinda
any other ideas, post here or shoutbox on site

Im going to add more information to the hal of fame, it only shows the 10 most watched videos, while top 100 shows top 100, I ll add the info right now ....

lol, I both like this , and chris gave me the motivation and said I could have 4 months free hosting Image file not present in the recovered backup , but I like building sites too, espicially dynamic ones.
if theres any features you can think of just tell me, cuz they probably wont be hard, chris doesnt like shoutbox, so we have to replace that word with something else, hmm
