Have you ever wondered if it's possible to jump off something 30ft+ onto concrete without hurting yourself?
If so, then your just stupid!
But there is a way how to reduce pain in jumps...
Just follow the tips :
- Land with bent knees and straight feet facing forwards
- Roll after jumping
- Try to jump further as more thrust goes into your push
- Try some lower warm-up jumps before attempting huge jumps
- Concentrate on the jump at all times and plan your landing
- Do not jump with a sprained or broken ankle (that's just common sense)
- Inspect what your jumping into (added by Duran, thanks man!)
I'll post some more once I can think of more. People also may add to this list.
If you follow all rules in a jump, it will reduce the pain a lot. If you get hurt easily and those tips still don't do a thing, try buying footwear with shock absorbers.
I hope you like my tutorial.
