Filming Drunks

I film drunks around my town when they are completly wasted, what if I keep the footage and put it on a DVD without their consent? And I got footy of drunks from like a year ago.

I highly doubt that they will see it and complain

Well you guys have already seen Saint Paul I think...he's funny as fuck, and we got these dude named El Gato that couldn't even talk and his pants kept falling down. Plus he always pisses himself over by the Plaza. Also this dude name Larry who has downsyndrome who gets drunk and smokes weed and shit...thats funny too, we call them Local Legends, along with my uncle La Comina.

You can legally film it, but you can only legally use it in a video made for profit if the person was calling attention to themselves and would be considered newsworthy. If the drunk is calling attention to themselves, I would say youre in a good position to use it.

exactly what I was thinking, some of you people ask questions like your dvd is going to top some hollywood film and is going to be the talk of every tv show, magazine and newspaper in the world. I doubt some bum is going to buy your dvd and sue.
