I have downloaded a special skin for vice city, but dont know how to add it into the game, what do I do?

put all the mod files in My Computer > Local Disk (C
> Program Files > then it should be rockstar games > grand tht auto vice city folder. Look for a folder tht says soemthing like Mods or add ons, I dont know exactly because I dotn have the game nd all games work different with things like this.

Like skipper said go into the main gta folder and look for a folder called skins, it should be in there.

unless it gets really high tech with its folders like ut2004 then just look at the files and match them up with the diff folders inside of the main GTA FOLDER and move each one into its correct spot

I can't help with your question, but I reccomend you download an add-on called "Hot Coffee"
