Ok on my desktop, I don't seem to have any sound. I thought I had a virus but it says my system is clean even though I have spyware. Anyway, it's not the speakers and I've looked at all my audio drivers and codecs and the computer says they are all working properly. Does anyone (gazaa or made) know what the problem may be?

Check you havn't muted the system audio?
try going to hardware management and checking the sound device has no errors.
Other than that, there isn't a whole lot more that it can be. My bet is something was accidently muted.

Nah I've tried all that, nothing is muted what so ever. I've restored everything to default, I've tried other speakers plugged in and still nothin.

Have you tried a system restart? That can help the majority of the time. Otherwise, just reinstall the soundcards drivers, check all connections are fine and reboot again.

System restore solved the problem. I know I have a virus on the system, it's possible the virus is fucking shit up so going to reinstall xp and format hd.

Yeah, thats expected. A virus probably modified something in the registry.
Why not aquire a decent antivirus program, or just reformat your HDD? And where do you get all these viruses from, haha.

I have kaspersky anti virus and firewall gazaa, but I think there is a config problem coz it never seems to function correctly.
Fuck knows where I get them all from, probs porn sites, but seriously, I'm not sure. My desktop gets them coz my dad has no idea about computers and just installs any random shit, but I dunno about my laptop.

Mhmmm, you should probably cut out visiting crappy sites, I never have trouble with my PC's, because I don't give shit sites the time of day.
