its Ipecac syrup, it comes from some root in the jungle and is used to induce vomiting for when people over dose on certain drugs.

When I was a freshman about 20 students picked a day where everyone was gonna come to school as fucked up as possible, and alot of kids use robitussin cough syrup to get smashed...but they all OD'd and had to go the emergency room. They gave them Ipecac and then after they threw up, they had to drink liquid charcoal to absorb the shit in their stomache. Fun shit.
