I use animation shop. I own the full version but you can get a trial at jasc.com.

yeah I had that once and never used it... but I will try it to and what ever one is easyer then I will use it to make the picture

If you know what you are doing imageready is better, but if you're a suck ass noob and just want to make a quick gif that loops then Animation Shop is good enough.
