It's prolly still running on your system, or it's still got some files still installed, try this:
1) Go to C:\Programme Files\ Have a look and see if theres a file called "blcok checker" or something, if so delete it.
2) If it doesn't let you delete, it's prolly running on your system still, press CTRL+ALT+DEL, then go to "processes" see if it's running, look for the name. Then click end process and end it, then try and delete,
Ok, sometimes for me when I do this with other programmes, it keeps coming back, so just try right clicking it, and ending the "process tree" (do this on the task manager, "CTRL+ALT+DEL")
Still! if it doesnt go away, restart your pc, then end the process, before doing anything else, then delete the file,

I did that 2 1 of the prgram, n the other 1 called csrss.exe wont delete, n when I click process tree this comes up: This is a critical system process. Task manager cannot end this process.
