yep looks cool but you already see a few bugs but you can also put your cam on a tripod, just make a serie of photos and put them together

Its just a panoramic. Most digital cameras have a feature to make them, you take a series of photos in succession and it stitches them up.
Or you can do it manually. Nothing too difficult. Looks awesome though.
I took a a range of photos of my room using a tripod with a 50% width overlap on each then had some software to stitch it for me. I can't remember the name of it as I did that image well over a year ago.
