Nah man, it really doesn't hone your skills. It just gives you a shitty little symbol and takes away your weapons and perks.

I have absolutely no motivation to prestige. A new symbol? New Custom Class slots? YIPPEE! I'd rather keep all my guns, keep all my perks, and make all the people with fancy symbols and 20 days of playing time look terrible in the game.

Seriously, I play so many 10th prestiges who think they're badass just because they prestige, and when you look at their kill/death ratio, it's like 1.32 or something weak like that. Mine's 2.26 and I don't camp.

Plus, I play a lot of significant clan matches that I need all of my weapons and perks for, otherwise I'll be at a severe disadvantage.
