There's different levels of smartness mate, yeah you're more booksmart than me and in tests and essays and things like that you'd kick my ass. However I doubt you'd do that within a sporting science context which is what I specialize in. I also reckon in a social situation I'd be far more advanced than you based on the fact that I regularly have to work as part of a team with new individuals in very high stress situations like in rugby, and also have to make very strong relationships in a very short time in order to get the best out of my performance and theirs in order to succeed.

So keep all your general facts and trivia and knowings of what's going on in the world. I'm very intelligent within a field I'm interested in which is more than enough for me. And to be honest I'd much rather be a social butterfly and be able to fit in different social situations with shit loads of different personalities than be able to reel off facts that aren't relevant to anything I do.
