take bordom induced's site for example. like that. how do you get the links to open in a frame like that, I'm not smart.

After making the frame, put the "name" tags in.
Like "name="1"" in the iframe tag. Then link the pages to "target="1".

Is there a way that when the new frame opens it will go to the size that the sliced image is without needing to be adjusted? Because when I type in the attributes it opens to a page that is a different size to what I specified...
Also is there a way that I can make the window non resizeable for Dreamweaver, because the one given in the other topic didn't work for me...

If I understand what you mean correctly then you just put a 0 for the resizable attribute.. such as...
resizable=0
