Heh that's the point, kinda.
The shot is lit up but you don't really notice it, you just see the people in it.
It's a thousand watt light facing the ceiling bouncing out of a window onto the balcony, and another light hanging from overhead off to the one side lighting up the girl. The guy inside the doorway is lit with another couple lights from behind.
Takes forever but it can pay off.

the lights we usse you can get for 30 bucks at home depot. they are 2 500 watt halogen lights, they come with a tripod thing and work fucking great
THIRTY BUCKS!
Its not costly. go check em out.
p.s. they'll jack up your electric bill like a mother fucker.
