Happened to my dad. He works as a joiner, he was doing up a shop and some old crownie stumbled over her 2 left feet on the sidewalk, my dad went out to help her up and see if she was ok. Next thing he knows she's suing his company saying he left his tools on the sidewalk and she tripped over them.

it said she would have to spend the rest of her life in a nursing home, she is 75 years old....they just sped things up a few years

this gives me an idea, next time I get hurt im sueing someone, if I cut myself on a knife im saying they should have told it was sharp or add some sort of saftey device.
