im looking for a program or a plugin I can download that has a static effect so it will like something is trying to come in while something else is playing. I can't really explain what im trying to do so ima look for a example ive seen somewhere. Right now I currently have Sony Vegas 5 and ima start editing the hunt 3 mixup but I wanna make it cool. If you know what im talking about please help, if not, wait and I will try and find an example.

and our intro to our 1st movie has static and I use showbiz to edit

well our 1st movie I was talking about but its pretty big and would take for ever to uplaod and the bfd was in the face off vs us just type in under search fallen five face off and it should come up if not its under the general homegrown section

I know they suck but I thought you wanted to see the static thing I was just telling you its in the clip?
