I'm hoping to buy an MP3 player in the next few weeks and I was wondering if you had any recommendations? Don't bother asking about price ranges etc. just tell me what you think is the best on the market at the moment. biggrin.gif

Irivers look horrible :|
Ipods last about 18 months if you're lucky.
Zens are cheap and last long.

I have an ipod, but if your worried about the rumors and shit (which im starting to be lol) I wouldnt get one....but I do love it, its a sexy lil beast and I get to meet new people who try to mug me because of the white headphones, so its a sociable mp3 player.

Take it to a standard PC repair shop, or do it yourself. The creative zend runs on a standard laptop hardrive, and this is probably what is broken. It needs replacing if so.

I just got a creative zen micro 5gb for my birthday a few weeks ago. And I can't complain for £130 it's fuckin great. Decent size, not a massive brick like a pointless 20gb ipod, 5gb is enough stores 2500 songs and the wee 1gb are crap only store like 200 songs.

Ipods suck horse cock, all that itunes crap. And yes the creative mp3s take like a day to get used to the navigation shit, but once you figured it out it's a piece of piss. biggrin.gif
