Well as I have lived in 3 countries I have couple teams areound Europe
My main football team is FC. Barcelona because! I liived in spain most my life and as a young kid I wanted to become a football star following my hero Koeman(Benficas coach atm), then I moved to Scotland and have been a PROUD Glasgow Rangers fan for 5 years.
Then in the English Premiership I follow Liverpool as in spain alot of my english friends got me into them back in mid 90's

I used to support Charlton Athletic as I used to live there and follow there matches, but now I can't be fucked to follow all the stats and transfers and shit, I prefer rugby instead.
10 August 2005, 21:29 UTC#3
I played rugby myself for a great team back 2 years ago, but an injury put me of the whole sport

I dont like football anymore, and I hardly ever, I was forced to support Wigan Athletic (My hometown is Wigan) I was never really a big fan, but that was when I was born till when I was about 13, and now there in the Premiership or something, and there first match is some big team called Chelsea...who so called dominate the league, or they will now, am I right?
10 August 2005, 21:40 UTC#11

there is much more to it than kicking a ball scoring, tactics, transfers, all the different type competitions and stuff.
Yeah Wigan just got promoted to the highest leage in enlgand and first game is against Chelsea(Winners last year) and probably one of the best teams in the world at the moment.

lol american soccer is the same as their football! silly duck
10 August 2005, 21:50 UTC#17
I dont like either of them much, american football, or football(soccer) Anyone can kick a ball, anyone can hold a ball and run, like both involves tackling, one with aggressive tackling and one not, one is rougher than the other, but both invlolve no skill, soccer you learn how to do kick-ups, curve the ball, and what not, football you become stronger, faster, and etc, but with both sports once at one level there is nothing else to advance on, I could go on in more deatail, but I prefer watching extreme sports, doing tricks on skateboards, not everyone can do that, and theres alot more skill involved in skateboarding and other extrme sports
10 August 2005, 21:50 UTC#18
sorry my mistaque...I know american football(huge guys with the safety equipment) and football is called soccer there.
I knew this but writting mistaque

yeah that sounds like someone whos never played sports before...you say it involves no skills? trust me I play football and its alot more than just running and holding a ball and hitting, and I know soccer requires skills too....just not as much as football.
