can anyone tell me where I can get a firewire, can I get it at like wal-mart cause I really want to transfer my footage to my computer and learn how to edit. and how much do u think a firewire would cost?

anywhere they sell cameras you can ask if they have a firewire.

Do you have a firwire port on your cam? Don't buy the cable if not.

what kind of camera is it... sometimes a firewire isnt necessary.. and you'll need a firewire card installed to your computer.

Without firewire the quality sucks ass.

your so right. Remember I made a topic about this along time ago askin if I should and you were the one who told me I should? I didnt think I would notice a difference between the USB and Firewire but OMG! Huge Difference. You get the full quality from your camera and its fuckin amazing.

I knew from experience. My friend gave me a firewire cable a while back and I was like HOLY SHIT! What a difference.
