Did you have a complete one-tone green shirt, then overlap a still shot of the background in premiere with some chroma keying etc..?

actually its an effect in VEGAS.. and yes its chroma keying but the shirt was light orange..u can do it with just about any color as long as there isnt anything of the same color in the back round or else it would show.
