okay well the canadian police have been putting out "bait cars" to attract car thieves with cameras and tracers in them so they can catch these people
these guys right here steal the car and then pick up another dude to go buy some meth, it's some good shit

he had coke in his nose man he was getting the excess from around the nostril and licking it, if it was a full on "pick" the finger would have entered the nostil by atleast the first knuckle
