DVD Update [RanDumB]

Ok we have been filming the randumb DVD for the past couple of weeks, things are going great except for the fact james's face is fucked due to mr. Golf Club.

He is fine though and is still coming filming and doing some painfull stunts.

Doing some fire stunts next week. Hope no-one gets burnt bad but..hey.

Trying my best in Premiere but im finding it VERY hard so iv decided to go down the same route as Webby..

Im editing it with Pinnacle AND Premiere.
Putting it to dvd with Encore probably..not sure at the moment..

Not sure on prices at the moment...thinking
something like £8-£10 UK.
We have found a BIG field where no-one goes which we are going to head off to next week to set up a big-ish stunt....im really looking forward to making this DVD and others to come if we get support on the first one..

I hope you will all purchase it if you can, I and the rest of the group will really appriciate it.

Not sure on date it will be done by, Could be christmas 2005, could be mid 2006..but it will be good.

EDIT: im thinking about doing a 'prize' sorta thing..I might put £10 or £20 inside 1 of the DVD's...so you could be a lucky winner..The way id do this is id stack like 20-30 DVD's in a pile, put £10-£20 inside 1 of them, then get one of my parents to shuffle them up..yeah that would work..

Hmmm, still I think it still too expensive, I would make it like £5 - £6.

The cover should be quite nice, hoping for high quality off a pro printer of my dads friend..the case could cost me £3-£4 each..and if I do a propper disc cover thatll be another £1..
Plus Postage and Packaging another £1...so thats £6 for you already..
= No profit..

So £8-£10 will be the price most likely.

I buy bootleg movies for £5

thats high quailty covers and lables on the disks, a dvd case, the dvd with the movie on and postage from the uk

and when you buy alot she throws in 2 or 3 free dvds with all the stuff I said above

now im pretty sure the person who sells them makes profit or no point in doing them.

so maybe you should worry about making a good dvd before tryin to get rich from it

Nah we dont want to get rich from it, the prophit will most likely be spent on things for the next DVD..yes the covers and cd will be very good if we decided to get them done..this guy is 'professional'.
I dont know yet though.

Covers, boxes and disc and labels dont cost that much. For our first dvd wich we made like 3 years ago, we sold it for £5 quid and it cost us like £3.something to actually make.

Yeh, Dex is right, it shouldnt cost u as much as u r saying it is. I would sell your Dvd for £5 more people r likely to but it that way.
