who said anything about tissue?? THey can extract ribonucleuic acid (RNA) and deoxyribonucleuic acid (DNA) from bones, or whats left of bones. If there is a remnant or a trace of an organism from a past geologic age, such as a skeleton, as seen in the picture, you posted. There still would be traces of DNA and RNA. And from that, if they extraced the DNA, they could remap the outline of the strand from the adenine, guanine, cytosine, and thymine, and make a fresh double helix and from that, the strand would reproduce, because it is made to self-replicate with a synthesis of RNA.
