Alright, we have some footage where we have people naked and people we dont wanna have on the internet, how do I do the blur or a black censor bar? and with what program? Name all of em or something besides Adobe Premiere..

we are talking penis and old people dont want faces on the internet...and you cant just put the black line whereever you want in WMM...how would u do it with Vegas?

you cant move your text where ever you want what I do is just make a _ make it big and black put it on the thing and when it moves you make another text?
