There was actually only 2 people in that promo that were significantly recognizable, the stripper and the guy getting hit with a water balloon. All the other people arent very distinguishable. They were either filmed in low light or from a distance.
But to answer your question, nope, none of them signed release forms. There is a risk I could get sued...but I really doubt it would happen. Lawyers cost a fortune. If you have a really good case, a lawyer will represent you for only a percentage of the winnings...but they only do that when they are positive they'll win the case. And I dont think any lawyer would be positive about winning a defamation suit in which their client was shown for a matter of seconds in some indie video without consent.
In a worst case scenario...I would declare my LLC bankrupt. I dont even have any money to be sued for in the first place. haha.

1) WEAK, I thought if anyone drew attention to themselves in anyway, you can film them, hence why actors and other celebrities can ALWAYS be filmed/photographed? So in the case of the stripper it was a show therefore she was drawing attention to herself in which case it would be ok?
2) Can you share the story about what started the argument with that guy? It sounds interesting.
3) Where do you live? This area seems damn familiar.

1.) correct, but only when in public. When in you're in a private establishment, IE a stripclub, it doesnt work that way. Wish I had more legal knowledge on the matter, but at the moment I dont.
2.) Hmm not sure what argument youre talking about. The part where all the kids are yelling "fuck the kkk"?
3.) I live in souther california, about an hour north of Los Angeles. Best place on earth!

Guy walking by - we were on the beach with about 30 punk rock kids after a concert. I was filming so drunk kid freestyle when I hear a random"heil hitler". I turn around and its this 50 year white supremcist. The bunch of us start talking shit, they start walking over to him to start a fight, he stops, pulls out a fishing knife and claims he has a gun. I motivate the crowd to throw rocks, people start to do so...he bones out, then gets arrested. Great day.
Waterballon boy - I was in Taco Bell with the crew. A bunch of kids come in trying to be hard. I dont know why, but they were. They look at me and whisper something to eachother. I leave and wait for them to come out. We pull up in a car, I get out and start throwing water ballons at the kid, but I miss. I go back in the car and get more, and I still miss. I finally hit him and Ive had my fun. As I start to go back in the car, he finally starts to walk up to the car. He obviously was gonna try to rush the car as were driving away to look tough. So I get back out and point my finger at him and say "ooh no no no you dont, you stay right there, weeeakk siiister...your a weak sister". I get back in and he tries to rush the car anyway and look tough. That was that.
edit - im glad my footage has made you curious though, I always try to present my footage in a way that provokes questions and interest.
