Does it still smell like tobacco? because I figured the smell is just the stuff it filters.... so its just... air?

no it just filters the tar , so using filters doesnt make it good for you , its just better Image file not present in the recovered backup

So... smoking is just basically a waste of time UNLESS you have filters for everything, but then you're just smoking air, and not really smoking at all, which its just breathing...

In short. Smorking am Lame.

Depends how you look at it. I mean sure, your lungs won't be filled with tar, so you won't cough any black shit in the mornings if you smoke for a few years. But you still get smoke, which can potentially cause cancer,. although its less likely with one of the worst substances filtered from your lungs. You do get a small proportion of carbon monoxide, but if you're worried about that then you should try quit smoking. basically the filters help your breathing.

And thats the most important thing people want to prevent, because I guess cancer is more long-term so people don't tent to bear it in mind when they smoke, they care more about their breathing and the whole coughing thing...

Doesn't that shit get like that with people that smoke over a pack or two packs a day. And I heard there was some research done that stated that if you stop by the age of 35...that would give your body enough time to clean itself which happens right after you quit. But I dont think its like that for the people that smoke one or two pack a day...thats just fucked. But thats means I'm fine, so I have nothing to worry about...that and I don't give a fuck.

Well after 5 ciggarrettes (yes I was quitting, but I thought fuck it) in a filter which I bought today which gets rid of all the crap in a cig, this is the outcome. All that scrap gets stuck in the filter rather than going in my lungs. This is to prove smoking is bad unless with a filter biggrin.gif

Of course I am smoking 10 times more than usual as its less satisfying.

Pretty grim eh?

Honestly, today was the first day I haven't had a cig in months. I bought the patch last night and it's working great so far. I totally recommend it to everybody. It keeps me from wanting to smoke which is a great feeling. It's very hard to quit so just go get the patch.
