im a n00b to cs2 , how come that when ever I use the pen tool it creates a vector mask , this didnt happen in cs , how do I stp it

Yeah CS2 is good but alot different from my previous version.
EDIT: The shortcut changes have kinda pissed me off, having to get use to CS2 is going to be hard after using a previous version for so long.

ctr+g used to make a layer mask .... how do u do that now?????

im not sure about cs2 yet ... once I know the keyboard shortcuts it will be fine
