I'm quite curious to know if any groups here are taking a big interest in making full on films? I don't mean like, their HG DVD's, I'm talking acting/script the lot....
I'm currently sorting out a few scripts and shit for movies I've written...

We have spoken about making like 'an exdended skit', like 40 mins - 45 mins long, with script and other film like qualitys....

Ive thought about it. I wouldnt wanna make one though unless I was able to get a film camera. DV is to shit.

I wrote a script not long ago for a 30 minute short film, I'm all about improvising, I just use the script as a reference, as well as a reminder as to where the camera should be angled/set up and whatnot. I shouldn't even be here really, I'm not all about homegrown, the stunts and whatnot, I just love filming and making short films.

not really, random skits and short films are two different things in my eyes. maybe 5 outta all the people who post here would sit down and watch a semi serious short film. and a few ideas I have are serious.

yeah I wanna make movie instead of hgf type dvds but in way it harder to do but idef wanna be a director or some kinda of job that has to do with production of films

we made a movie and it pretty much got a member kicked out of our group but we planed on making a movie with a script and shit this summer but our HG movie got pushed back so prob next sumemr or something

Yeah I think we may try it at one point. We just improvise everything though so no scripts. Maybe just a general outline of that happens n shit.

I like no scripts alittle better cause some funny momments can come are first kinda movie was like that it was so shitty tho but the there was alot of funny momments

ps: Yes aswell as an extended skit, we wanted to make a movie quite awhile back, but lost the script and just plain gave up

film-makers would kill us if they knew we were still using the term "skit" as a long movie
we better keep moody away or he'll attack us and scam us until we are no more! :O
I was planning on doing an extended "skit" and having it sort of futuristic
editing would be tricky coz I wud need like, lasers, bullets, orbs, portals etc.
can anyone here edit those in and have a good style at editing?
