chased by armed police, he was jumping the rails and ticket booths, when he got inches from the train door they shot him at close range 5times...he was killed

They cahsed him on to the train he tripped or soemthing 2 officers held him down and one other shot the guy 5 times. Tht was eyewitnesses have said.
