What is the best way/technique to land from a big jump, say over 3times the height of you??
and if you get the landing right on your jump, what is the biggest height you can jump from onto grass or whatever say; 5times your own height or more?
and any techniques or tips for big jumps and stuff please post them here please, thanks

whatever you do dont land with locked knees... bend your legs just a little bit... then when you landl dont try to stand the jump that'll make you fall on your ass.. and that's the worst landing you can do...
I always roll to the left for some reason...
IF you do a high and long jump you wont get as hurt if you'd drop straight down... Your weight while falling will then be directed a bit forward... not only towards the ground... and when your falling your weight increases depending on your speed...

Yeah no doubt if you're jumping from something high, its still gonna hurt a little.
If you've had a previous ankle injury also it could cause pain when you land.

Yeah I have an ankle bandage on when I do jumps on grass or harder surfaces... its kinda lame.. but meh I dont wanna take a few weeks brake in filming because of not wearing the thing... that'd be stupid...
