and also what if someone is 17,16 ect does the parent need to sign if so should a 'im signing on behalf of my son' be added or somthing?

triple post, also would the producer ie ME need to get each member of the crew to sign a copy of it? or does that go without saying as they are part of the team? im only worried about people outside the group that did somthing for the video.

Once theyre 18 they can sign for themselves.

And they will get in shit if they sign false information, not you.

I modded the form for minors...re-download it.

im sure you can help me with this last one. for the people we do stuff to in public [harrasing them]or happend to see them doing somthing and we film them [fights ect] but never see them again, what happends if we use the footage in a dvd? as it was filmed with no bluring?

nah its just a risk im gonna take. Even if the video got as popular as cky...the odds of random people I filmed without consent successfully suing me arent very likely.
