I really wanna make a website on .tk but I sign up for the free domain name, then my password and this is where im stuck, it says to pay 19.95 for two years.
I dont wanna pay that.... I hear you can make them for free, what should I do?

.TK is only a domain name mask, you don't use it to build a site. Make your site with freewebs then have the URL redirect to it.
