legal section on the forums

okay here is my idea make a legal section on the forums, we can have release forms and waivers

basic need to know knowlege about dealing with the police, press, just stuff people need to know legaly that has to do with homegrown

I think it would help alot of groups out like just have a place to find out the little things they usually make threads for

How about you just make one big post with everything that groups need to know about everything on the legal side of HG and sticky it but leave it open for questions aswell.

I was thinking that but a section it's self could open up alot more, it would be more like a thumbtab tex book, with the need to know knowlege

but not just for the us

the us, britan, and everywhere else cause laws tend to differ

and if we had a section it would be alot easier to find than a thread and I think weak should be the mod when ever he gets back

but it could also lend help on contracts like terms people use and what they mean exactly

yeah deffinitly should be done cause I ended up making two different threads with one question on it about if we would get screwed over some footage so it would help me at least

yes I like this idea espcialy the release form part, I think weak should be the mod for that forum he knows all about that kind of stuff

yeah weak is the shit at that stuff but if I remeber hes having a rough time , he probly wont want that responsibility

yeah thats why I said weak should be a mod in my earlier post, but I just said whenever he gets back, till then ill be a mod, I don't know as much as him but I learned alot about it

I have some image waiver forms and a footage/music release form.

Sounds like a good idea, might set this up later. If I do it will be in the "General Homegrown" section most likely.

Well if people want this then I will put it up.

people keep saying they want a legal section

but

no one can post in it except the legal mod, and me, just cause I have nothing else to do and I could update the section on the legal rules when it's slow

it should be like a texbook for quick reference

No people should have the right to ask questions.

oh yeah on cetain threads, but I think one should be just there like a text book, there can be a q&a thread on the likely hood we forget somthing

dont get me wrong on that, I just think there should be a text book section as well, same with the waivers section unless there is a new waiver that should be posted then they can pm it to the legal mod

I will sort it so there is a thread for waivers ect, that is locked so it cant be posted in. And Q&A thread, but I will do it later. Maybe if WEAK or Elliot want to be the legal mods? Sort it later though.
