Rocstar may get into some trouble with the ESRB for there "hidden" sex scenes.

In case you don't know about this little hidden code in the San Andreas game for the PC, "Hot Coffee" goes in on the action of those intimate scenes with your girlfriend. Oh yeah, these scenes are interactive, too.
Today, one of the most popular recent game industry rumors showed signs of turning into a very real scandal.
Following a verbal lashing this week from California assemblyman Leland Yee (D-San Francisco), the Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB) today said it was launching an investigation into Rockstar Games' best-seller Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas to determine whether the game contained sexually explicit minigames hidden in its code.

no its rated mature. If they wanted to put sex scenes in it, it would have to be rated AO (Adults Only) which I don't think a game has done yet.(Besides those cheap jap. games)

In the UK, its rated 18. Which is the highest rating a videogame can recieve. I'm sure they'll be fine.

well what I know is that if this is true their is a chance that rockstar could be in trouble simply for the fact that they hid a sex scene without the esrb company knowing if any of you have played god of war you will know that they show tits and actually have a interactive sexscene the only thing is that they do not show the sex scene instead your looking at the vase on the table next to the bed but it shakes according to how many button combos you get right along with moans.....but anyways the issue of sex has already been pushed farther then what most people want it to be in videogames but their is a chance that rockstar can get introuble and as nuggeto I enjoy alot of rockstars games as I am not a diehard GTA fan I do like their othergames like ManHunt, Midnight Club, and Dead Revolver.

Rockstar made it to be in the game but in the end they thought ti was too Graphic for the people they were trying to sell it too (teens) so they left the code in but kinda made a thing to block it so no one with out a device could get it. So there being sued or whatever because they wanted to get the game out on the date planned but didnt wana take the time to take the code off..... Periods suck

lmao good point but someplaces dont even let kids buy teen rated games unless you have a I.D. which is stupid but understandable yet I would argue the point anyways. but I guess the overall fact is killing is ok and can get as graphic as possible but showing the fuck scene isnt which is totally fuckin gay. If anyone did complain though, they would just say ok then no more graphic games either......that would suck. Not to mention the Issue with the graphic Killing and such has been an argueable one for awhile......and now they think they are gonna have to argue about sex 2 lol WHAT A BUNCH OF BABYS!

What happend was while some modders were proding through the game files they found this "hidden" code that was left in the game by rockstar so all they did was stuck the code in the game to make it playable and viloa instant sex minigame. Personaly I think having a sex minigame in a game is just stupid.
