I only know of the Photoshop way, but it's still a great technique to be able to use.

yeah man, I tried it too, on and off for like a week, it looked horrible hahaha. the only reason she did that was because she just got out of surgery and was in bed for like a week. she could never do that again, I can guarantee it.
