Haha, a .psd on a webpage would take around 5 minutes to load on a broadband connection. Someone needs to check out some PS and web tutorials.

PSD is a Photoshop file, you don't make them with HTML.. Do you mean you want someone to make you a layout and you code it? If so then I dont think alot of people will do that for free man.

Use this template, it seems to be what you are looking for and comes with OSD's so it can be edited.
