I thought I covered this in my other thread, but anyways--

TRICKING-
Well its like acrobatic/extreme (I hate the word "Extreme") moves/tricks. Flips-spins-kicks-twists. Think of a combonation of Martial Arts and gymnsatics but done on grass, and is much more gnarly here are sum kick ass vids 2 check out:

my attempts! Took ME FOREVER TO DO THES, tese are pretty like a week old, but holy shit I worked hard on these tricks!
